While working at ONIT Marketing as a graphic designer, I was responsible for a wide range of creative projects tailored to support real estate professionals. I designed listing, pending, and sold postcards to help agents market properties effectively, and created seasonal magazines for a community in Idaho to keep residents engaged. I also collaborated with local businesses to develop promotional postcards that agents could send to their contacts, fostering local partnerships. Additionally, I crafted comprehensive Buyers and Sellers Guides for real estate agents and designed custom business cards and logos to help establish and enhance their personal branding.
